Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Revenue Operations Director by providing insightful financial analysis, managing data, and contributing to the optimization of our revenue-generating processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling:
    • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies.

  • Pricing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine pricing models that align with market dynamics and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Analyze competitive pricing and market trends to inform pricing strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and customer success data to provide actionable insights.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against revenue goals.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, with a focus on financial efficiency.
    • Assist in the implementation of streamlined workflows and operational efficiencies within the revenue operations framework.
  • Technology Management:
    • Support the Revenue Operations Director in managing and optimizing the use of Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
    • Assist in the integration of financial data across various platforms to ensure a cohesive and accurate view of revenue-related metrics.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with the sales team to provide data-driven insights related to financial performance, pricing, and profitability.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies that align with financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, preferably in a revenue operations or related role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce and productivity software like Asana, Notion, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Plus: speak and write English and Spanish at the professional level
