Qualifications

  • Experience working as a technical recruiter in the SF Bay Area
  • Experience recruiting talent for technical roles.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work in a small group, and must be excited about growth

Responsibilities

  • Working with engineering and operations teams to understand the teams’ dynamics and needs
  • Writing and posting technical job descriptions
  • Sourcing potential candidates
  • Maintaining an accurate database of all candidates and activities
  • Coordinating initial screenings and on-site interviews
  • Negotiating salaries and equity packages
  • Compose job offer letters
