Full Job Description

Caban Systems is seeking a Salesforce administrator that will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining Caban’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

This role will be critical to the Business Systems team, interfacing across many parts of the company including sales, technical sales, customer success, finance, legal, engineering, and manufacturing and field operations. The successful candidate will be well versed in Salesforce applications and CRM best practices and requirements.


Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared for a broad array of challenges as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, Solutions Architect).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and process.


Responsibilities

  • Duties include data migration and validation.
  • Workflow customization.
  • Object and dashboard management.
  • User acceptance testing, training, updates, report building, and security.
  • The Salesforce administrator will also monitor end-user usage and perform daily. Administrative and support tasks.
